I ask questions up front so that your session is filled with answers from beginning to end! You must complete my questionnaire in full to receive the link to book your clarity session. If you don’t know the answer to a question, that’s okay. The unanswered question lets me know that’s an area in your business that we need to address.

After you complete your questionnaire, you will automatically receive a link to schedule your clarity session with me on a day and time that works for you. Your session will be recorded so that you can be fully immersed in our moment together, and you will have access to download and view the recording afterwards!

"What kind of tech do I need to have a virtual clarity session with you?"

On the day of our session, make sure that you have a reliable internet connection.

Our clarity session will be held on Zoom. Make sure that you have the latest version Zoom installed on the device that you will be using for our session.

You will need to attend your session on a desktop computer or laptop to get the best experience.

While I would love to see your face during our session, You can turn your camera off if desired. Just make sure that you can see me! I’ll be talking and doing a bit of screen sharing with you.

"Dana, do you meet in person for your clarity sessions?"

No. Our sessions are virtual and designed for us to get more stuff done than if we were in person. Tech allows us to work side by side virtually during your session, and I’m able to record our session as well because it is virtual.

"Do you allow more than one person to attend clarity sessions? "

Yes, in these instances:

I allow business partners and co-founders to attend sessions together.
Your partner/spouse may attend the session.
Your virtual assistant, office or operations admin, your graphic designer or web designer may attend the session.

"Dana, is there anyone who you don’t take on as clarity session clients? "

Yes. Here are the few instances where I cannot take on a person as a clarity session client:

If your skillset is not at a professional level, it’s not time to come to me for a clarity session yet. Work on your skills so that the only thing left to question about your business model is the business model itself.
I do expect some resistance during our sessions, because oftentimes I tell business owners things that they’re not ready to hear. (it’s funny how we can get emotionally attached to things in our business that we’ve outgrown). But in general, if you’re not respectful, I will end your session without refund, with your rudeness captured on the session recording.
If you want to stick to doing business the “paper and pen” way, I am not the brand strategist for you. I guide people in building tech-charged businesses.
I do not work with any entity that I’m aware of as racist, misogynistic, homophobic, ageist, ableist, all the “ist’s.”

"Do you offer refunds for your clarity sessions?"

While refunds are not offered, you are always welcome to re-schedule your session with me on a day and time that works for you.

"What happens if I’m late to my session?"

I will wait up to 10 minutes after our time has started for you to appear. If you are later than this, your session will be canceled and you will be given a link to reschedule. We will need every last minute included in the session.

"Will 90 minutes be enough time?"

Let me share a little story with you. I have a relative who experienced very serious skin condition as a child. His parents took him to two doctors who misdiagnosed him, and therefore, made his skin worse. Then they heard about one of the best dermatologists in our town. They immediately booked an appointment for my baby cousin. The doctor took one look at and diagnosed him correctly. My cousin’s skin began to heal rapidly after that.

I have worked 15+ years to help you avoid years of mistakes through one 90-minute session with me. Our session will be packed with directives from beginning to end. You’ll also have the tools and confidence to complete the tasks I give you on your own (or the language to hire someone else to do it).

"Dana, what if I need an additional clarity session or ongoing coaching from you?"

While booking a clarity session is the first step in working with me, opportunities for ongoing 1-on-1 private coaching are available afterwards.

Typically business owners do a clarity session with me don’t need another one until they’ve reached a significantly new place in their business. You can book another session with me again (I’ll give you the direct link to re-book), and I also offer VIP Half Days and Full Days as well. (Mostly returning clients book the VIP half days and the full days).
